This personalized training plan for 1 person costs $800 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency) and includes:
- Personalized training for 12 months.*
- Access to (2) webinars (on the 15th and 31st of each month) live with Fernando and the FGA nutritionist.
- One (1) MACRONUTRIENT GUIDE so you can learn how to meet your requirements.
- A questionnaire where you tell Fernando everything about yourself. This questionnaire will help him create your 100% personalized training routine to suit your level, goals and limitations.
- Hexfit mobile app with your routine and sample videos of the exercises.
- The PDF routine that you can print and take with you without having to use a cell phone or have internet access.
- Access to a private support group on Telegram to have your questions answered by the trainer and nutritionist on Telegram (unlimited questions). You can also upload videos so he can review your technique when doing the exercises in your routine.
- Answers to your questions about the macronutrient guide from the Nutritionist.
- You can ask Fernando 1-on-1 questions directly within your routine app (unlimited questions)
